Heidi’s been fine-tuning her artistic and managerial skills for more than a decade, working first as a graphic designer and illustrator before entering the broadcast arena and finally, in 1999, launching Heidi Productions. Along the way, she’s collected competencies in producing, filming, directing, editing, animating and sound design, along with several BDA and BPME awards and a following of clients who find themselves awed by her work and charmed by her warmth. Her name on the door at Heidi Productions, she fully immerses herself in the stories under production, ensuring that both the outcome and the getting there are reflective of her ideals.

Ron is an Emmy award winning director and 5 time Emmy nominee for his work on Rolie Polie Olie, a 3D animated children’s series for the Disney Channel. He currently is with Nelvana Studios in Toronto. He has directed 5 seasons of Rolie Polie Olie and three direct-to-video features. Ron has an extensive background in design and illustration and has been animating for 25 years. He is a perfectionist and brings extreme dedication to his craft.

The resident sound director at Minneapolis’ prestigious Guthrie Theater, Scott has an impressive résumé spanning more than two decades. He’s served as sound designer for the Twin Cities’ premier theater companies, including Theatre de la Jeune Lune, Children’s Theatre Company, Jungle Theater and Penumbra Theatre Company. Independently, he owns and operates SWE Sound Productions assisting a varied clientele with digital audio networking, digital audio workstations and audio consulting.

Susan has been a professional photographer for more than two decades. She also has significant experience in computer graphics and specializes in photo restoration. She is currently the official photographer of the Sundance Resort in Utah. Susan is responsible for capturing the essence of the resort as well as archiving all the programs and events most notably, Robert Redford’s Sundance film festival. Her work is published in "Parents," "Traveler," "Travel Guide Mountain Homes," "Salt Lake" & "Spa" Magazines as well as many internationally know publications.

Kitty has visited her research and writing talents on an array of projects and subjects since founding Ideas & Words in 1988. She’s authored six children’s books, served as editor of the shelter magazine "Midwest Home & Garden", edited nationally distributed cookbooks, and published upwards of 200 magazine and newspaper articles. A frequent public speaker on life as a wordsmith, she’s taught in the journalism department of the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, and judged journalistic award competitions. Kitty’s fondness for people’s stories, together with her reporter’s curiosity, make her an extremely comfortable, competent biographer.
